Available to organisations following our Workshop or Crisis Communication Lab, this service extends preparedness into real-world action, when every minute counts and the world is watching.
Whether your organisation is facing a natural disaster, a major incident, operational disruption or a rapidly escalating media crisis, we work alongside your crisis management team and communication department to help manage the information flow, coordinate messaging, verify facts, prepare media responses and address the challenges of social media, livestreaming and AI-amplified content.
